Answers needed before making decision on backup methods

Would you please advise me on what backup method you would recommend for an accounting firm to use for its backup purposes? And, what type/model of that method is appropriate for this firm to use?

I don't have a blanket recommendation for accounting firms. It would depend on the types of applications it is using, such as e-mail, Web serving and database. There are a number of accounting packages, each needing to be treated separately. I'd have to know the answers to those questions before making a recommendation.
