How does BladeStore work?
Do you know how the STK BladeStore works? I need to answer some questions about failure situations such as failure of a drive within a blade, failure of an entire blade, loss of power supply, fan, controller, etc. What are the recommended RAID schemes and how to implement? What does it take to recover from each failure? Is downtime required for certain situations? STK's Web site (even their partner site) does not go into any detail.

Those are pretty detailed questions about a fairly new product that I haven't had any stick time with yet. I would point those questions to STK. Sorry about that.
