Q

The best way to backup a small site

I have four servers and only one single site. What would be the best disaster recovery plan outside of backing up data each day to a disk and then carrying it home? I am not worried about individual desktops.

It sounds like you may have a small site. If that's the case, I would back up in such a way that you could replicate the data to another location. I'm a big fan of doing disk based, bit- or byte-level backup for this purpose. I would use a colocation facility for the other location if you don't have one.
