Rebit releases Rebit 5 backup software
Rebit Inc. announced that its newest backup software, Rebit 5, is now available. Rebit 5 provides automatic backup and full system recovery and features a user interface that shows backup and recovery status, support for both DAS and NAS, recovery point creation, drive rotation for home offices and small businesses that require offsite backup, as well as USB 3.0 support. It is available in single- and three-PC licenses and is also offered installed on portable and desktop hard drive appliances in capacities ranging from 320 GB to 2 TB.
Gladinet releases Cloud Desktop 3.0
Gladinet released the first member of its Cloud Storage Access Suite 3.0, Cloud Desktop 3.0. The Cloud Storage Access Suite 3.0 is focused on covering cloud storage use cases in a variety of scenarios. Cloud Desktop 3.0 features file synchronization across PCs and snapshot backup, which allows for restores from previous versions of data.
Springfield clinic chooses NaviSite for move to the cloud
As part of Springfield Clinic's move to the cloud, NaviSite will upgrade the organization's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management and PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management applications to the latest version. To deliver superior service levels to its organization, Springfield Clinic will leverage all of the capabilities available from NaviSite's Cloud Managed Application Services portfolio, including NaviCloud-enabled infrastructure, on-boarding services, application management services and built-in disaster recovery and business continuity.
B&L Associates announces Vertices 5.3
B&L Associates Inc. announced the release of Vertices 5.3, the newest version of its tape and media management software solution. With this latest upgrade, Vertices 5.3 provides users with quick access to the management of groups, FTP settings and preferences through its Web-based interface.
